Our flexible booking policy allows for changes up to 14 days before the course start date without penalty. Cancellations or changes made between 14 and 7 days incur a 50% fee, while those made within 7 days are subject to the full course fee. However, you can substitute another participant at any time at no additional cost. For online self-paced courses, access can be transferred to another individual if the original participant has not begun the course.
